Black people can say whatever they want to each other as can white people. The moment you use a word to put a COLOR of people beneath you, and remind them of their past of being owned, which is a passive aggressive threat, that is offensive.
Doesn't "cracker" come from "one who cracks a whip"? Is that really as bad as Nigger? Meaning "one from Nigeria" aka "not a white person" aka "not and American"? I do not see how those two terms are equal. So whoever it is that thinks Nigger is not a racial slur but cracker is is kidding themselves, and probably a racist whether they know it or not. I would avoid them.
